This project consisted of a 139,402 square feet, one- and two-story, masonry and steel construction, located on approximately 21 acres. Phase 1 consisted of demolishing two minor buildings and the construction of the retention ponds and the one- and two-story classroom and core facilities. Phase 2 consisted of the completion of the parking and site work once the existing campus was demolished. The existing campus and all school operations remained functioning during the Phase 1 construction.
