In 2005, Land Developers Consortium, LLC (LDC) is a South Florida based construction firm, located in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties, LDC was found by two former Palm Beach County land planners, who believed that more effective methods ensuring development service outcomes could become better aligned with client’s goals. The founders created a full-service construction firm that fully manages client expectations.
